- Before you decide to bid on an item, make sure the seller is willing to ship to your country.

- International shipping may offset any low deal you may have made.

- Make sure that initial communication is made between the seller and the potential buyer.

- To understand the eBay interface from a non English eBay, click the "Watch this item" under the foreign eBay (your regular eBay ID and Password will still be valid) and log back in to eBay.com. The item should show up under the Watch Tab.

-Once you are back to your familiar interface, click on "Ask the seller a question." A quick "Hi, do you ship to country "X"
and how much." If seller is familiar with English, they will usually reply back. Otherwise, you'll be ignored and life goes on.
